Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty:
The Warranty period will be reflected on your invoice and, the warranty is effective, not from the date you place your order, but from the date you actually receive your laptop. The standart Warranty is 90 Days on labor and 30 Days on parts and components.
If Warranty service is required, LaptopsPro.com will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. You must ship the products back to LaptopsPro.com in the original packaging, prepay shipping charges, use a carrier with a tracking service and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. LaptopsPro.com will ship the repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid if you use an address in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions). Once the warranty service is performed we will return your laptop by UPS Ground (within the United States) at our expense. You are welcome to request a more expeditious service, though you will be billed for the difference in shipping costs.
You MUST use a carrier with a tracking service and insure your return shipment so that there is no danger of loss or of further damage to your laptop.
Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his/her expense. All returned goods will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. NOTE: Before you ship the products to LaptopsPro.Com, back up the data on the hard-disk drives and any other storage devices in the product as data loss is not covered under this Warranty. Remove any media, such as diskettes, CDs or PC Cards. If you have any questions, call LaptopsPro.com for technical assistance.
The Warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the following categories: software or operating system other than pre-loaded with the original purchase; batteries; accessories or parts added to the laptop computer after the system is shipped from LaptopsPro.com. LaptopsPro.com sells laptops only with good working batteries. But the Warranty does not guarantee any specific battery life.
Many of our refurbished laptops are still under manufacturer warranty, which means you can get warranty assistance directly from the manufacturer.
Any laptops received without an RMA number will be returned. Retain all original shipping and packing invoices with your notebook to ensure proper warranty service.
Return Policy:
Please notify LaptopsPro.com to request a return. If a refund is desired, the customer must contact LaptopsPro.com for assistance in the refund process. Returns must be shipped in the original packaging with all original packing material included. Incomplete returns will be charged a restocking fee. Following 14 days from the product's shipping date (as shown on the product shipping invoice).Retain all shipping and packing invoices with your laptop to ensure proper warranty service. Refunds will not include shipping and will be based on the purchase price of the laptop ONLY.
All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories. The original packing slip from the order must be included and the RMA number must be legibly written on the return label. Even if only part of an item is defective, the entire original package must be sent back in order to receive an exchange or return credit. |
